"End of the World" - Cambridge News

Posted by tempus Mon, 16 Mar 2009 11:28:00 GMT

"CAMBRIDGE’S glittering £1 million clock will ring in 2009 with another burst of horological magic.
Meanwhile, a film claiming the clock is a UFO which heralds the end of the world, has surfaced on the internet.", begins an article in Cambridge News Online.

The article references a youtube video by a user named "gorilla199", who, disturbed by the symbolism of the clock, has released claims as to the origin and the purpose of the clock.   At the very least, it is an example of a reaction inspired by the clock, whose creator, John C Taylor, personally described as "terrifying" and as being released upon the "unsuspecting citizens of Cambridge."

You actually believe all of this? This is just grabbing for anything and putting it together with duct tape to make it fit whatever you want. The free masons are not the stupidest people on the planet, people that believe this rubbish are.

As clearly stated in the post, we linked to the news story and the video as an example of the sort of reaction the clock, which was designed deliberately by John C Taylor to be, in his own words, “terrifying”, is inspiring in others. We are not affiliated with the creator of the video, nor with the web site Nirupedia, and we make no statement concerning his claims.
